How to choose a ring stack
Start with a ring you enjoy wearing, then try different band widths and shapes alongside it. Comfort matters as much as the combination.
Start with your main ring
An oval diamond ring creates a different starting point from a row of small stones. Decide which shape you want to notice first, then choose a companion that supports it.
Try different widths
A slim band beside a more substantial ring changes the balance. So does a little space between fingers. Move the rings around before deciding that a combination needs another piece.
Pay attention to the fit.
Ask a jeweler whether the settings can sit together comfortably without rubbing against vulnerable details. A wider combination may also feel different from a single ring. Do not judge fit from a photograph alone.
Wear them in different combinations
A stack does not have to be permanent. Wear one ring when you want a quieter look, or bring the combination back for a different occasion. The point is to enjoy the pieces you choose.
